I've had a 3mm eternity moissanite ring for a few months and love it very much, but i wanted to try a smaller size of stones, and it's sparkly beautiful. Pictures transmit nothing. Oh, and it's really comfortable too, very smooth inside. Perfect store, highly recommended

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this jewelry. I spent a lot of time researching, reading reviews, and comparing different brands for almost four months before deciding to purchase from Joie d’Or. I was so excited to wear this jewelry on my vacation, which is why I was willing to spend so much money on it. The company claimed that the jewelry would not open or come undone easily, and that was one of the reasons I chose to buy it. I could have purchased much cheaper jewelry, and honestly, even a $5 bracelet I bought in January 2025 lasted much longer. It has only recently started coming undone a little, while the expensive jewelry I purchased from Joie d’Or started coming undone after just five days and broke.I honestly feel like I wasted my money. The quality is extremely disappointing for the price they charge. I feel so sad and angry because I was genuinely excited to wear these pieces on my vacation, but instead, I ended up with jewelry that did not last even a week.When I explained that I was unhappy with the jewelry, they sent me a replacement at no additional cost. I appreciate that gesture, but it does not change my experience with the quality of the original pieces. I do not even have high expectations for the replacement anymore because I am worried it will have the same problems.I purchased this jewelry expecting good quality and durability, especially at this price. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I regret spending so much money on jewelry that started falling apart after only five days.I would not recommend this jewelry to anyone looking for quality and durability. I chose this brand because I wanted beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price, and I trusted the reviews I had read.Unfortunately, this has been one of my worst jewelry-buying experiences.I ordered four pieces, but I was unhappy with two of them. When I contacted customer service about returning them, they offered to send replacement items of the same value instead. I appreciated this gesture and felt happy at first. However, the replacement necklace was extremely disappointing. The stones started falling out after just two days, and the necklace broke after only five days of wearing it. The bracelet also started losing its color after just two or three days.Honestly, I have bought jewelry for only $3–$4 elsewhere that lasted longer than this. I expected much better quality for the price I paid.I spent months researching and comparing products because I genuinely trusted this brand. I was so excited to receive my jewelry, but the actual quality was nowhere near my expectations. I feel that my money and trust were wasted.This is my first experience with jewelry of such poor quality, and it has left me extremely disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Joie d’Or to anyone looking for durable jewelry. I hope the company takes these quality issues seriously and improves its products.

The watch looks flimsy and cheap
The quality felt mediocre. When I stated I wished to return them, I discovered they had to be returned to China for a refund which cost me £12 and the item has been stuck at border controls for over a month so I’m still waiting for a refund. The item was originally sent to me from the UK so I don’t understand why I had to send them back to China. I am very unhappy I chose Joie d’Or. It is unacceptable.
